Camera: Chest height. Take both vertical (4:5) and horizontal (16:9).

Setting: Sitting on beach bench or coastal table with iPad or laptop open.

Wardrobe: Modern business casual.

Pose: Looking up from screen toward camera with warm smile, as if answering a Zoom call.

Best Light: Shoot early morning or 1 hour before sunset (golden hour) to avoid harsh overhead eye shadows.
Camera: Always use the back lens of your phone (never the lower-res selfie camera). Set to 4K or highest resolution.
Safety: Take 4 to 5 variations of each pose with slightly different smiles and head angles so we have plenty of options!
